SEM held a service training during February 25 to March 1 for TSU dealer and key customers (MACIKA, ARKATO, TRI TAMA, CIPTA), at TSU yard in Polugadung, Jakarta.

A total of 16 participants from dealer and customers attended this training, the training was start by welcome speech from Mr. Eka Budhi Mahatma, TSU Director. The training was conduct by Li Jiankui and Netipan.

The training focused on SEM product service maintenance, system principle and specification, diagnosis and troubleshooting of all four product groups (WL, MG, TTT and SCOM). The training was concluded with iron machine (656D, 660D, 921, 816D, 822 and 510)

After this training all participants better understanding in system principle and key specification like Hydraulic, Hydrostatic, Powertrain. They are more confident and knowledge to provide better service and support for customers
