Job Purpose:
This position is mainly responsible for managing the process and production team of SCOM/TTT assembly/testing/touch up with the PQVC goal.
Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for leading SCOM/TTT production team. Be responsible for P, Q, V, C performance of this section area.
Monitor and improve shop floor safely, aggressively eliminates unsafe processes.
Be responsible for SCOM/TTT production process efficiency improvement. Ensure fixtures, tooling and processes are followed to meet production schedules.
Be responsible for managing CPS/BIQ/Andon/5S/TPM etc production activities on site. Identify the constrained resource and take the action to meet flow.
Be responsible for the team member development and skill improvement Drive Lean principle to make the value stream map for the better process improvement.

10 + years of experiences in machinery industry. Priority to the experience of SCOM/TTT ATP process A college degree or its equivalent is required for this position
