Job Purpose:
This position is mainly responsible for the design and deployment of the information system used by CQL, based on the functional requirements from the business units. This includes the overall planning of the system architectures and the system interfaces development/maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
Research, study and communicate with the business users about the deployment requests.
System test and verification to make sure the new application agree to the business demand.
Coordinate with the business units to provide training to internal and external parties of the new function, application or system being developed.
Coordinate with the internal group to support the system and data maintenance guaranteeing the data availability, security and integrity.
Control the overall development schedule to make sure the on time delivery.
Background /Experiences
Bachelor degree or above major in Computer Science or Software Engineering
5 + years of experiences in IT or software role Expert in the Software Development Lifecycle Management
Experienced in network, SQL, ORACLE, Power Builder, ASP.NET are preferred
Familiar with VB, JAVA, HTML are preferred Skilled and experienced in Project Management are preferred
Fluent communication skills spoken and written in English
